For 40 years, Bayley Adult Day has been a trusted source of daytime care, enrichment, and support for older adults and their families. Since opening in1985, the program has provided a safe, engaging environment where participants can spend their day active, supported, and cared for by experienced professionals.

At the heart of Bayley Adult Day is a focus on person-centered care. Each day is thoughtfully designed to support physical health, cognitive stimulation, and overall well-being. Participants enjoy a wide range of activities, including music, exercise, creative programs, games, and social opportunities that encourage participation and routine.

Along with engaging daily programs, Bayley Adult Day offers hands-on personal care services to support comfort and dignity throughout the day. Trained staff assist with showers and other daily care needs in a respectful, supportive manner. These services provide families with added reassurance that their loved ones’ needs are attended to while in the program.

Bayley Adult Day also plays an important role for caregivers. Families often balance work, caregiving, and personal responsibilities, and the program offers dependable daytime support that helps ease the demands of caregiving. Bayley Adult Day’s impact reaches beyond its location through partnerships with organizations such as the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Council on Aging. These partnerships help expand access to services for veterans and older adults across Greater Cincinnati.

In August, Bayley Adult Day marked its 40th anniversary with a joyful celebration that included music, dancing, and a special proclamation from the Delhi Board of Trustees, recognizing August 5, 2025, as Bayley Adult Day Program Day. The celebration reflected the program’s long-standing service and continued dedication to families.

Today, Bayley Adult Day remains focused on providing dependable care, engaging programs, and essential daily support that enhance quality of life for older adults and offer reassurance to their families.
