Is Independent Living in a 62+ community right for me?

Bayley at Green Township is for people who want to enjoy and enhance their active lifestyle without the unpredictable costs and responsibilities of home ownership. Your inclusive monthly fee makes it easier to forecast annual expenses and our friendly, professional team members make it easier for you to focus on your next chapter. Plus, you have a plan in place if your circumstances change. Residents of Bayley at Green Township have priority access to Assisted Living, Memory Support, Rehabilitation Services, and Skilled Nursing, if ever the need arises.

Can my family and friends visit at anytime?

It’s your home. Your guests are always welcome. We’ll be hosting family-friendly events and opportunities for you to bring friends along on outings and excursions. Ask about our Refer a Friend program! That way you can even pick your neighbors!

Are pets allowed?

Dogs, cats, birds and fish are welcome at Bayley at Green Township upon approval. After all, they’re part of your family.

May I bring my car?

You bet. You’ll have an assigned parking space in the under-building parking garage. But remember, we also offer shuttle service to the Delhi campus and transportation for community outings and medical appointments. Many couples will find that one car is all they want or need — reducing all the costs associated with owning a second car.
