Karen started here in 2021 as an Activity Assistant. A resident of Delhi, she attended Our Lady of Victory, Seton and The Mount. Prior to coming here, she was a Team Leader at Beech Acres. She is very happy to have the role now of Activities Supervisor at Bayley.
Karen said, “I saw what a wonderful environment it was when my father lived here. When he passed I felt called to provide other families with the same experience.” Her favorite part of her position is working so closely with our residents.
Spending time with her family, including her sisters, brings Karen much joy. She has been married for thirty years and has a son and a daughter. Karen is also thrilled to be a grandmother.
