Neighborly Visits

This year, the University Of Mount St. Joseph’s President, Dr. James Williams and several faculty members chose Bayley Adult Day for their annual service project! They spent the morning learning about the program and meeting some of the members. Our Mount neighbors filled gift bags for our golf outing, cleaned the adult day program’s veranda, participated in afternoon activities and completed a craft with our members.

On Tuesday, May 24th, Dr. Williams and his wife Carole toured Bayley, had lunch and met several staff during their visit. New to the Cincinnati and Delhi area, it was a pleasure to show the Williams’ our side of the street and explain our programs and services. For many years, students from the Mount have been involved in different Bayley departments as part of their Mount experience. Students are eager to learn and often find the work fun and engaging. Residents and members look forward to the students and enjoy their energy and enthusiasm. It has been a positive collaborative for both organizations and one that we hope to continue for years to come.
