Bayley Outpatient Rehabilitation Services offer a holistic, healing environment to help you transition from hospital to home.  We offer patients on-site physical, occupational and speech therapies, along with restorative programs to help increase and maintain functional mobility with the convenience of a comfortable, homelike setting.  Rehabilitation Services are Medicare certified. 

Your doctor may already practice at Bayley, or we can assist you in choosing one who will see you during your stay.
