Adrienne Walsh, President and CEO
With nearly 25 years of experience as a health care executive, Adrienne Walsh was appointed President and CEO of Sisters of Charity Senior Care Corporation in January 2005. She previously served as Executive Vice President of Health and Wellness Services, as well as the Administrator of Outreach Services for Senior Care Corporation. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Leading Age Ohio. She is a Board Member with Working in Senior Housing (WISH). She earned her Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Health Planning and Administration from the University of Cincinnati. She is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator, Certified Retirement Housing Professional, Certified Subacute Administrator with the American College of Health Care Administrators and Fellowship in the American College of Health Care Administrators.

Paul Kocsis, Vice President, Health and Wellness
Paul has been actively involved in the long term health and wellness industry for more than two decades. Paul has been at Bayley since March 2005, having overseen major program expansion, change and growth in both the Living and Access product offerings. He has worked at both large and small Medicare/Medicaid certified living centers, as well as active in the community through the industry’s leading organization, American College of Healthcare Administrators (ACHCA). He is a CAS Fellow, Certified Nursing Home Administrator, Certified Subacute NHA, and was awarded the Young Administrator of the Year in 1992 by ACHCA.

Alice Rogers Uhl, Vice President, Development and Marketing
Alice brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the development and marketing field, specifically in the long term care industry. Having served as the president of Marketing Resources, a healthcare marketing and public relations firm, she has provided services for a wide array of organizations including Congressional studies- The Medicare Alzheimer’s Project, managed care and hospital senior programs, and community-based organizations. She is a graduate of Leadership Cincinnati Class XVII, was a Cincinnati Enquirer Woman of the Year in 1995, and has been involved in many associations throughout the Greater Cincinnati community including Leadership Cincinnati Alumni Association, the Cincinnati Fair Elections Committee, Cincinnati Area Senior Services, the Council on Aging, YMCA of Greater Cincinnati and the Rotary Club. Alice brings great depth to the ongoing funding and marketing needs of Bayley.
